Who holds the holder?

Are you a change maker?
Do you hold space for others… gently, quietly, without being asked?
Then let me ask you:
Who holds you?
You are not designed only to hold.
You are designed to be held, to be witnessed, to be supported, and to be nourished.
When you constantly hold space for others without receiving the same depth of presence, your prana subtly drains, your heart becomes tired, and your intuition becomes faint.
Healing practitioners, empathic leaders, teachers, mothers, guides, we often forget that our strength comes from being supported, not from endlessly giving.
Being held means:
having a circle where you can exhale
allowing someone to witness your truth without fixing you
letting your body soften and your emotions settle
remembering that you, too, deserve tenderness
When you are held, your holding becomes lighter, purer, and more aligned. When you are nourished, your capacity becomes infinite.
This is not a luxury. This is your energetic dharma.
