I will be offering an online course on Sacred Endings, a space to gently hold heartbreak, separation, divorce, or the closing of any relationship… and to learn how to process it with awareness, dignity, and inner strength. As someone who has lost my spouse at a very early age, I understand deeply what it means to face an ending that the heart was not prepared for. Through my own journey, I have learnt that healing is not about forgetting… it is about transforming pain into wisdom.
